my mission

I need to find my mission that only I can make it happen that I can put my passion and heart in it and have fun in doing it. I need to know what's it, sooner. I need to work with capable people who knows their own responsibilities, know how things work and how to make things work. I want my work to be intelligence exchange with colleagues, instead of worrying about them couldn't get things done, or for their having no clues on what needed to be done. I am tired of having to work like this. I don't want to be the only person who can get things done in an environment. It's wrong. What's teamwork? Teamwork is u do ur part, I do my part, and we all do our best to make the mission fulfilled. And if somebody cannot, we need to kick his butt. If someone really cannot do their part, then they r not teammates. Who is supplying those who cannot get work done? Not the company, it's those who can. In another word, it's the capables are supplying the incapables' life. not the boss nor the company is doing it. I need to find my mission and passion and move on. I know I have my timeline on these aspects of my life. I know there is a reason I have it here, an evolutionary reason. I know It's not time yet. I need to set up my higher goal for two years later. After nine years "apprentice" time. If I don't look forward on my higher mission, it is hard to go thru the low level energy environment. I always wanted to get out, only until now I know clearly for what reason. The energy I am here with doesn't resonant with the one I have been learning from spiritual level. quite opposite. I need lots of energy to bring myself up, or separate from the energy that job generated daily. Why I have to live and work this way. It doesn't represent my highest excitement. I know there is evolutionary purpose of it, but I grow out of it now. I want change. I don't have to attach to here. Or to anywhere, since I have no attachment to anywhere anyone.

persistent beliefs

As a human, your problems are often caused by the fact that you have a blind spot. You have some persistent beliefs of which you are not really aware and your soul wants you to step out of those beliefs. This means you have to let go of your deepest convictions and be open to something entirely new. You have to let yourself be surprised by your soul.

300 degree

300 degree: the new creative identity of the individual in relation to the cosmic whole is now given productive purpose and understanding to actualize. The individual's universal/social role in this life. The transition between the past and the future can be easily made, or easily resisted as this evolutionary juncture

60 degree:

60 degree: the process of consciously understanding the new evolutionary cycle and purpose occurs through contrast and comparison. The individual must isolate him or herself from the impact of external environment in order to realize and discover from within that which is uniquely new and individualistic about herself. Action is now internalized as the individual effects self contemplation in contrast to the external reality conditions.The individual can now understand the issues pertaining to the past, individually and collectively, and, in so doing, understand what experience, methods, or skills to use to foster the development of the new evolutionary purpose in an individual way.

180 degree

180 degree: at this evolutionary bridge the individual meaning given to the original evolutionary intent must now be given social meaning.In order to do so, the individuals must enter into social relationships in order to learn that he or she is an equal among others. The opposition produces a potential confrontation of will and clashing desires because the individual may feel that their personal power or sense of personal identity is being absorbed and lost through the necessity to interact with others. There may be a sense of losing control of the personal destiny, and the power to shape that destiny from a strictly egocentric pov. By necessarily having to develop a socialized or more expanded awareness of consciousness, to be pulled out of a self-oriented narcissiatic world, The individual may choose to resist the necessity: to return to the past Until the person succeeds in linking his or her individual purpose to a social need and becomes an equal socialized being, she will remain at this evolutionary

Social change

Social change occurs when enough people of like mind bond together to enforce change within, and relative to, the outmoded structure of society

human evolutionary state

Dimly evolved state: 2-3% of human race, who just evolving into human consciousness, having a very dim sense of personal awareness, A basic sense of occupying time & space. 

The herd state: 75%, whose identities are a mere extension of societal norms, beliefs, customs and taboos. In fact, this condition is the mainstream of society itself. It is society. These people do not seriously question what they r told to believe and think. Those have spent a long time in this state will develop the capacity to lead it.

The individuated state: 20%, who question the beliefs, customs, norms and taboos of society. They seek to discover their own individuality as distinct from society, desire to know and act upon their own natural laws, beliefs, values, needs, customs. They desire to discover these things from within themselves. A vibration of independence will permeate these individuals as they value the right of self-discovery and freedom

The spiritual state: 2-3% will attempt to understand their own life and others' lives in a universal holistic context. They desire to understand the nature of all creation in this context and commonly link themselves to spiritual ideas or teaching as the guiding principles in life. They r attempting to discover and therefore align themselves with timeless values, beliefs and truths that apply at all times.

What really matters is our “state of being,” the energy that we send forth, the energy that we are. It is not what we do but who we are that is the source of transformation.

The inverted pyramid effect allows us to pierce the balloon of our own self-inflated specialness or importance.

The necessary adjustments of humility, service to the whole and the purging of egocentric patterns of individual grandeur would be accomplished.

The intensity of the mental light exposes any dynamic, component that is not "perfect" or "right".

People gravitate to old patterns because they are what we already are.

It blocks to further growth and evolution

We all have thoughts, moods, emotions, pov and so forth. How many of us are aware of how much these dynamics are conditioned by the past, and even further past?

security patterns

Most of us automatically gravitate to the path of least resistance. These security patterns are unconscious.

How many of us are aware of our security needs at an unconscious level?

Emotional shocks lead to the forced removal of behavioral patterns, and as a result, bringing about evolutionary leap because of the forced removal.

a universal context

Many people could care less about understanding themselves in a universal context, yet they still want to know what they should be doing.

subatomic particles

polarization

Generally, polarization of peoples and nations has occurred rather than the necessary unity. Segments of the population have drawn lines in the dirt that staked out their particular points of view, self-interests, value associations and belief systems. These groups then challenged, or attempted to impose their views on any other segment that did not conform.

Even the most sophisticated etymological dictionaries cannot trace the word "soul" to a definite origin. It is obscure, just as the spark of life is obscure.

Our physical mind doesn't what will happen in the next. It can only observe what happened.

When the same things continue to happen over and over no matter what I say, it feels like my efforts are all futile.

It's interesting how something doesn't make sense one day and does the next. Sometimes, something never really makes sense and I accept that, in the belief that I understand that something making no sense at all, makes sense.
